In order to register, please complete the online registration form (see below) and send your $50 payment to the council office by March 5th. In order to pre-order any of the souvenir items (whether or not you plan to attend the event), please do so on the online registration form and send your payment by January 30th. Late registrations (with an additional late fee) will be accepted online with payment due to the council office my March 24th.

Here are the steps for online Conclave registration and souvenir pre-order:

1. A Conclave participant will point their browser to sr7a.oaevent.com and select “Sign up for an Account.”
2. The participant will enter an email address, personal details, select their council, create a user name and password, and click submit.
3. The participant receives email confirmation that an account is created.
4. The participant can then utilize that account to log into the system to register for Conclave.
5. After logging in, the participant will select “Register Now” to complete the online registration and select pre-order items. Then, the participant will be instructed to print a transmittal form which totals all monies due and is then instructed to mail the transmittal form to their council office along with a medical form. The BSA medical form is available for download on the OAEvent site. Please note that only sections A and C of the medical form are required to attend Conclave. A doctor’s signature is not necessary for a participant to attend Conclave. 
6. Once payment has been received, the participant’s status will be listed as “Approved.”
