The Spring Service Weekend is scheduled for March 13-15, 2015. The registration form can be downloaded here. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, March 4th.

The form above is NOT to be used by new Ordeal Candidates nor by those members eligible to attain Brotherhood status. Special invitations with registration forms will be sent separately via US Mail to people in these groups.

Lodge Leadership Development Training

If you currently hold an OA leadership position or if you want to hold one in the future, then this leadership workshop is a MUST for you. Register today for Nawakwa Lodge Leadership Development Training.  Registration is available online, and the first 25 registrants will be eligible for prize drawing. The course is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM on Friday, March 27th, and should end around 11:00 AM on Sunday, March 29th. Cost is ONLY $15, which includes three meals on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. EVERY YOUTH DESERVES LEADERSHIP TRAINING, so sign-up today!

Conclave 2015 will be hosted by Wahunsenakah Lodge #333 at Bayport Scout Reservation in Jamaica, Virginia. The dates are April 24-26, 2015. The lodge registration fee is $50.00. Transportation will be coordinated by chapters. A conclave is where the lodges of the section (Section SR-7A consists of 6 Virginia lodges) get together for training, competition, and fellowship. Of course, the Saturday night block party is a feast that shouldn’t be missed. Conclave also gives OA members the opportunity to visit the different camps across the state.

The annual pass includes payment for one year of dues as well as member registration for the three 2015 service weekends and the 2015 Fall Fellowship weekend. Separate, on-time registration is required for the four event weekends (Brotherhood program fees and Friday dinner fees are extra). This annual pass is only valid for the single individual listed on the purchase…no transfers, no substitutions, and no refunds for unattended or partially-attended events. Your 2015 membership dues ($15) are now DUE. All current and recently inducted members (prior to 2015) must pay their dues for the 2015 year in order to continue to receive The Tom-Tom and in order to be eligible to attend lodge functions. You may pay your dues with the Dues Form available here or online here ($1 convenience fee charged for online transactions). If you have not yet paid your 2015 lodge dues, please do so right now.
